Terms & Conditions


All orders are pre-paid with cleared funds before dispatch.

All goods remain the property of Nexday, until payment is made in full & funds have cleared.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Nexday reserves the right not to supply goods.

We will not disclose, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.


We can take payment visa, mastercard, american express, solo and switch or by cheque and postal orders. Cheques made payable to Nexday. If you are paying by cheque please post to:

Please allow 7-10 working days for cheque clearance from receipt of cheque. Please include a covering letter including your name, address, telephone number and item(s) you are purchasing if paying by cheque or postal order.


All our products on this e-shop come with a full one years warranty, warranty/ guarantees are not transferable, all warranty claims must be accompanied with copy of the original invoice.

Returns Policy

Exchanges: send the unused item back to us with a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds: we will refund the cost of items you don’t want if shipped back to us unused in original undamaged packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. We also reserve the right to take off 10% admin, handling and testing charge, on any new or unused items. You must include a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. All our products are tested prior to dispatch to the buyer/ customer and are sold on a return to base for any warranty issues via the buyer.

Delayed or lost items: we acquire proof of postage for each parcel that we dispatch, therefore we will not accept responsibility for any items lost or delayed. However, we will do our utmost to help with any claim made.


Please note: do not sign for any parcel/ package without opening and checking that the contents have not been damaged in transit via royal mail or courier, if you do sign without checking the contents first, the royal mail or courier service will not accept any claim from yourself or us.

 Items damaged in transit: obviously damaged items must be refused at the point of delivery to be returned to ourselves

All compensation will have to be pursued directly to the royal mail or courier service used by yourself or the recipient.

Postage: postage is charged depending on the weight of the items unless otherwise stated.

If you are from overseas please ask for shipping costs to your country before purchasing.

We are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with destination, particularly during peak periods.

We strive to deliver within 1-2 working days for stocked items, up to 14 working days for non stocked items, please allow up to 28 working days. Please call for stock availability.

If the royal mail or courier service attempts to deliver your item/s and they are unable due to nobody to accept or wrong address etc and they are returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping/postage back to you or the recipient they were intended for.

We reserve to right to change, alter or remove any of the above without prior notice.
